The Cheerleaders (1972) by Paul Glicker is a perfect example of this great, lost genre.










It stars "Stephanie Fondue" as the last girl
in California who still
hasn't done it.





It is perfectly paced and plotted, which means it moves along at a comfortable, virtually plotless, one-bottom-every-five minutes pace. The main narrative crux is a slumber party where, as the Captain explains to her girls, "You fucked-out our own team!" (This is, of course, quickly resolved by donning their uniforms and going on a rescue mission to a neighboring town, to fuck-out the rival team!)
